Had issues getting into the building late at night and got a response and assistance within the next 20 minutes. Great host, great place, great communication, worth booking with them and I plan to do so again in the future

Everything was GREAT. Only issue the water from toilet wouldn’t shut up the first night. By the second night it didn’t flush. I hope you check in to that with the city or plumber. That’s a waste of water ❤️ this is not a complaint. My stay was wonderful

In a great spot in Philly nothing was too far if you wanna hit the rocky steps, get to south street, get to the Amtrak station it’s all within the distance and it’s great would recommend. Host is very responsive and helpful this is a great stay in Philly

I still can’t believe how cheap this place is given its location in the city and the size/quality of the room. Well stocked, large main space, solid bathroom. Right on Rittenhouse, which is my favorite place in Philly. For the price I’m not sure how you can beat this.

Die Lage ist gut, die Wohnung ist sauber und schön, (die Fenster sind zwar alt, aber die Straße nicht laut). Die persönliche Kommunikation mit Joseph war freundlich und angenehm. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut und sollte man nachts ausschalten oder Oropax nehmen. Im ganzen empfehle ich die Wohnung und würde sie wieder buchen.

Stayed at Joseph's place for one night on a random weeknight for a birthday celebration. Easy to find, very spacious, and the rooftop terrace is a neat feature. As someone who's lived in Philly for many years before, with Rittenhouse Square being one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city, the location is absolutely prime. Steps from the park and all the cool restaurants and bars in the area. It is also a lovely experience staying in one of the historic and pretty houses lining the streets that I used to only be able to look at walking by. Joseph is a great host, very communicative, and checkin was a breeze. Would definitely love to stay here again next time I visit Philly!

Joseph’s apartment is an an excellent location close to restaurants, the gayborhood, museums, and the convention center. Very comfortable, no frills, but all that I needed. Fridge was great to have. Appreciated the blackout curtains! The street is very quiet. Joseph recommended nearby restaurants and Parc, a French bistro, was wonderful. I wish I could have adjusted the air conditioning to make it colder sometimes but it never got too hot inside. Would definitely stay there again. Great price for it too.

It was so nice to have a studio apartment for my partner and I for the same price if not cheaper than a conference hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, and transit was a breeze! Would recommend, and would book here again.
