-No parties and no loud music. Apartment is noise monitored. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

-Please do not use the dishwasher
-Only the person booking can physically check in
-Please do NOT throw anything in the toilet bowl other than toilet paper. This is an old building, the pipes get easily clogged with wipes and even cotton!
-No additional luggage storage area
-This is a budget friendly stay, please bring your own toiletries (we will provide towel and toilet paper). Thank you.

This is a nice apartment on Jeweler's Row. It is not overrun with tourists although it is close to all the tourist attractions.
The apartment is comfortable to hang out in and the bed is the best! It is well stocked for cooking, but don't sleep on the neighborhood pizzeria(Maya) and hoagie shop(American Joe's).
Street parking is readily available, but can be costly if you are leaving it for a period of time. You can find free parking in the city if you are willing to walk.
We would most definitely book this spot again. And are looking forward to it!

Stayed here for my first time in Philadelphia, and will book again anytime I’m in town. The location is incredible, walkable to most tourist attractions, many good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and the bed was comfortable.
