We believe it’s a fabulous location to experience Philadelphia the way it should be. Rittenhouse Square is very close to some fabulous sites. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. Be aware that the apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Parking is metered street parking or parking garage - not included in the reservation . There is no designated parking for the apt. You can also park in the “resident zone parking” for up to 2 hours for free. After 6:30pm it is free until the next morning 8am. Please pay attention to the signs. The apartment has washer and dryer in unit. House Rules: -No Smoking Indoors (Fine: $500) -No Parties/Events (Fine: $500)
