-No smoking of any kind is allowed, additional $200 cleaning fee charged per each day of stay
-No parties and no loud music. Apartment is noise monitored. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
-Additional $25 per night for the fourth guest
-Additional $25 cleaning fee apply if dishes and other related items are left unwashed
-Only the person booking can physically check in
-PLEASE do NOT throw anything in the toilet bowl other than toilet paper. This is an old building, the pipes get easily clogged with wipes and even cotton!
-No additional luggage storage area
-This is a budget friendly stay, please bring your own toiletries (we will provide towel and toilet paper). Thank you.
