Comfortable studio decorated to a great standard. It’s a really nice retreat for an elegant & central stay, located in the absolute heart of Philly. We believe it’s a fabulous location to experience Philadelphia the way it should be. Rittenhouse Square is very close to some fabulous sites. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. All day long.

Parking is metered street parking or parking garage - not included in the reservation . There is no designated parking for the apt. You can also park in the “resident zone parking” for up to 2 hours for free. After 6:30pm it is free until the next morning 8am. Please pay attention to the signs. Laundry is located in the basement , It is coin-operated and shared with other occupants of the building. There is also many Laundromats nearby the apartment if you prefer. House Rules: -No Smoking Indoors (Fine: $500) -No Parties/Events (Fine: $500)
