-Please do not use the dishwasher
-Only the person booking can physically check in
-Please do NOT throw anything in the toilet bowl other than toilet paper. This is an old building, the pipes get easily clogged with wipes and even cotton!
-No additional luggage storage area
-This is a budget friendly stay, please bring your own toiletries (we will provide towel and toilet paper). Thank you.

Joseph is a great host who answered any question we had quickly and correctly. The apartment was very clean and the location is in a prime spot. Next time I come back to Philadelphia I would love to book with him again.

Joseph was so kind to let us drop are bags off a bit early as we had taken a redeye and we're stuck with our bags. Check in was super easy. The place is spotless and you are so close to many historic sites and Terminal market. There are a lot of stairs to get to the third floor but it gave me a work out 😁. I would definitely stay there again. You won't be disappointed you stayed here.
